Return Conditions
14-day return right: You can send the products you want to return back with the invoice within 14 days from the date you receive the order. In order for the products to be returned, they must comply with the return conditions.
Return reached hirefstore.com notification: An e-mail will be sent when your return reaches us.
Refunds: If the products you return comply with the return conditions, Hiref will forward the refunds to the bank within 7 business days. You can follow the next process from your bank.
Return Conditions
When an undesirable situation such as crushing, deterioration or breakage that may occur in the products during shipment is observed, the product packaging must be intact and a product photo must be taken on the day the cargo arrives and sent to [email protected].
Only products that reach you damaged in the product cargo and defective products are returned. For this reason, we recommend that you open and check your cargo before the cargo personnel leaves when receiving it. In this way, if there is a damaged situation, you can send it back without wasting time with the same cargo personnel.
General return conditions are as follows:
Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
Returns of products whose original box/packaging is damaged, has lost its resalability, and cannot be purchased by another customer cannot be accepted.
You must send the original invoice (all copies in your possession) and a petition/note stating the reason for return along with the product you want to return.
If you placed your order as a legal entity and had an invoice issued on behalf of the company, you must issue a “return invoice” for your return requests.
If the product/products you want to return are defective, you must check the product in the presence of the cargo officer and have a report drawn up and you must not accept the delivery. In this case, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the BUYER.
If the product is defective, the product is sent by the customer and if the request is found justified after the examination, the return processes begin.
The returned products must be in their undamaged original boxes and unused.
The labels must not be removed.
For hygiene reasons, products such as underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, socks, headphones, earrings, skateboards, and yoga mats cannot be returned/exchanged.
Returns are not accepted for international orders.
Returns and exchanges are not made for cosmetics and personal care products.
If the products have any additional accessories, they must be sent in their original boxes without any damage.
Products that have been opened and used, as well as products that are damaged, broken, damaged, torn, etc. are not accepted for return.

If you have a complaint about the products you purchased, you can notify us by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by calling 0212 283 1577 within 1 day for food products and 6 days for non-food products from the day you receive the product from the cargo.
You can also fill out the contact form on hirefstore.com and write your return request and reason. After your return request is received, your request will be evaluated and if it complies with the conditions, your return request will be approved.
After the return is received, the refund will be made to the bank account you used for shopping within 7 business days. The transfer to your account may vary depending on the procedure of the bank you made the payment.
